Have you visited Trinity’s library lately? If you have, then you know what a treasure trove of books, magazines and other resources are housed there. If you visit the library in the next week or so, you may notice an additional set of resources.
PFLAG (Parents and Friends of Lesbians and Gays) needed a place to house its books and other items and asked if Trinity could offer space. Because Trinity has had a long-standing relationship with PFLAG it was an easy decision to provide that space.
The Matthew 25 Ministry is excited that our library is now home to this special collection. It is hoped that Trinity will be perceived by parents, grandparents, questioning youth, and others as a safe place to explore their questions about their own or loved ones’ sexuality and the role of lgbtq+ people in our changing world.
The PFLAG resource library is in the process of being organized but books should be on the shelves of the collection’s bookcase within a week. Come and explore!
